Guru Samvardhana : Jurnal Pengembangan Profesi Guru is a scientific journal published twice a year, focusing on teacher professional development and innovation in education and learning to improve the quality of teaching and character building of students. This journal is designed as a forum for educators, researchers, and practitioners to share knowledge, best practices, and relevant research results. The scope of the study covers various aspects of education, including teacher professional development through training, pedagogical competence, practice reflection, and performance evaluation. In addition, this journal also highlights learning innovations such as modern learning models, digitalization of education, inclusive learning, and character education. Other studies include education policy and management, data-based learning assessment and evaluation, educational psychology related to teacher motivation and strategies for dealing with students with special needs, and curriculum development that integrates local wisdom. With a broad focus and scope, Jurnal Guru Samvardhana aims to make a real contribution to improving the quality of education at the local, national, and global levels.
