PELATIHAN YOGA ASANAS SEBAGAI PENDIDIKAN RELIGIUS BAGI IBU PKK DI KELURAHAN PADANGSAMBIAN KECAMATAN DENPASAR BARAT KOTA DENPASAR

Abstract

Judging from the various roles and tasks carried out by mothers in the era of globalization, it is possible for problems and prolonged conflicts to arise. And a mother will be a role model for her children, both as a role model for behavior and as a role model for worship for her children. Mothers in Hindu families in this era use more aspects of ritual in religion without paying attention to the intent and purpose of the ritual itself. Where rituals are made a necessity that is carried out every day. With this, one of the community organizations, namely PKK, becomes the face for changing the behavior of a mother. PKK in Padangsambian Village is one of the PKKs that is currently making these changes, by conducting Yoga Asanas Training. The theories used in this study are (1) Humanistic Theory (2) Constructivism Theory. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The methods used to collect data are interviews, observations, literature and document studies. The data collected is then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, summarization and data verification. The results of the study showed that the process of yoga asanas training is (1) planning, (2) implementation and (3) evaluation. The obstacles faced are obstacles from internal factors and external factors. The implications of yoga asanas training are (1) implications of manacika parisudha (2) implications of wacika parisudha and (3) implications of kayika parisudha.
